The Smarter Value Chain Forum, sponsored by IBM, was hosted on the 21st of June and promoted application of technology as a way to add value to the supply chain.  The LSCM R&D Centre, a supporting organization of this event, was represented by Dr. Frank Tong (Director, Research & Technology Development at LSCM) as a panel speaker at the Forum, who offered valuable insights on how technology is used to add value to the supply chain.
