Delegation visit by Shenzhen Municipal People's Government

The representatives of Shenzhen Municipal People's Government visited LSCM on 7 November 2024. A series of LSCM technologies were showcased at the visit, including the Smart Traffic Control System, Tele-Control Warehouse Stackers Using 5G, Electronic Power Assist Trolley System, etc. The LSCM team and the guests exchanged their views and ideas about technology development and explored the opportunities for collaboration.


Mr Stephen WAI, Director of Business Development, LSCM, introduced to the guests the Cross-boundary Public Services self-service kiosk and the Intrusion Detected Continuous Re-authentication (IDCRA) technology applied in it.	The guests explored the Smart Traffic Control System which was developed to enhance the transportation system and alleviate traffic congestion.

Delegation visit by Hospital Authority Academy

On 3 December 2024, LSCM received a group of guests from the Hospital Authority Academy. During the visit, the LSCM team showcased the Centre's latest technologies to the guests, including the Tele-Practice Platform, AIoT Herbal Picking and Delivery System, Virtual Reality (VR) Training System for Strategic Operations, etc. The guests explored with the LSCM team on how these technologies could be adopted in the hospitals to enhance operational efficiency.


The guests learned about the functions of the Tele-practice Platform and explored its application in the healthcare services provided to the public.	The guests experienced the Virtual Reality (VR) Training System for Strategic Operations with the content designed for surgical training and knowledge refreshment.
