Themed “Connect and Innovate: Navigating Challenging Times”, the ALMC spotlighted Asian connectivity and opportunities against the backdrop of challenging geopolitics, as well as the interrelationship between customer experience and supply chain management. Technological innovations was another key theme of the Conference. Also, a series of thematic forums focusing on the outlook for the freight and maritime industries, as well as regional developments, including the Greater Bay Area initiatives, were staged during the two-day conference. Together with an exhibition housing over 100 service providers alongside the Conference, over 2,000 participants from around the world attended this annual gathering. At the event, LSCM demonstrated three technologies which included Smart Lifter, Follow-Me Robot and Robotic Arm Transfer System. 

On 22 October 2019, around 25 members from Hong Kong Computer Society visited our Science Park office.  To have better understanding of LSCM’s achievement, our colleagues have prepared different technology showcases to the guests. The visitors were interested in the VR training on using heavy duty crane truck. In the future, we would like to have more cooperation with different industry players in order to carry out innovative application.

LSCM物流高峰会以「物流新科研创建大湾区」为主题, 展示LSCM一系列最新及已商品化、适用於物流业及其他行业的技术, 当中包括运送机械人、智能服务机械人、智能起重机、自动随行机械人、香港-珠海贸易便利电子平台、eBRAM 网上争议解决平台、智能交通系统等, 协助业界提升效率, 并促进粤港澳大湾区企业之间的合作。高峰会场内也展示了LSCM与其伙伴机构合作研发其他创新技术。  

The new Commissioner for Innovation and Technology, Ms Rebecca Pun, visited LSCM Cyberport office on 17 September 2019. Our CEO, Mr Simon Wong, introduced the latest development and technologies to the Commissioner and her team. Our colleagues demonstrated different technology achievements in community, logistics, construction, robotics and automation aspects to the guests.

On 19 Aug 2019, LSCM received the delegation visit from the Chinese Medicine Hospital.  During the visit, our colleagues have introduced different technologies regarding locationing technology, AI/big data analytics, Internet-of-Things (IoT) and robotics and automation to the guests.

环境局与机电工程署於8月6日在香港科学园合办绿色创科日, 展示香港在能源效益以及可再生能源方面的创新科技成果。LSCM 在展位上展示「智能山泥石坝」。香港特别行政区环境局局长黄锦星先生也参观了 LSCM 展位及了解有关技术。
