Overview

The project aims to revolutionize work injury management by shifting the focus from monetary compensation to a holistic recovery process. Traditional practices have inadequately addressed the critical need for a comprehensive Return-to-Work (RTW) Rehabilitation Plan, often resulting in significant losses for all stakeholders involved. To tackle this, the project's goal is to establish an AI worker-oriented case management system that provides proactive, extensive support throughout an injured worker's recovery period.


Key objectives include developing a predictive model by using Variational Autoencoder (VAE) with attention layer for rehabilitation planning and creating an AI Copilot Case Management to identify biases of case manager. Such advancements will enable case managers to formulate personalized recovery strategies that consider the biopsychosocial factors affecting the worker's health.


This project seeks to redefine the paradigm of injury management, creating a compassionate and efficient system that prioritizes the well-being of workers and the health of businesses alike.
